Many countries in the world have some special policy to expedite the usage of the night time electric powers by reducing the price of the night time electricity dramatically compared to day time. The night time electricity in some countries costs about 50% less than the day time electricity.

Most of the companies and factories are working in day time, making the national power capacity plan (Nuclear, Steam Power and etc.) to be justified enough to cover this day time maximum workload. In night time most of these companies and factories are not working, which causes the redundancy of the Power Capacity in night time. However all of the Power Station should keep generating the Electricity even with the redundancy of the power. This means wastes of the energy. Government wants to protect this waste of the power.

This heater reserves the heat during night time and use it during day time. This heater contains the MgO Blocks inside to reserve the heats long time.

In the night time the system turns on the power to the heating wire. The heating wire becomes hot. The heat is transferred to and reserved in the MgO Blocks. The temperature of the MgO Blocks rises up to 700 degree C. During the day time the heating wire is turned off while a fan blows an air through the MgO Blocks into the room. This way the room becomes warm.

One more benefit is that the wind from the fan is very natural compared to normal heater.
